Terms of service
Effective 23 July 2026. These govern the website. Service work is governed by the written agreement signed for your property.
1. Acceptance
By using clearpathenterprises.biz you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
2. Purpose of this website
This site describes the commercial facility and grounds services ClearPath Enterprises offers, the property types we work with, and how our process runs. It exists so you can decide whether to ask us for a quote. It is not a booking system and does not process payments.
3. Quotes and estimates are not contracts
Submitting the quote request form is an enquiry. It does not create an order, reserve capacity, or oblige either party to anything. Any figure we discuss before a site walk-through is indicative only.
A binding arrangement exists only once a written scope of work and pricing schedule has been signed by both parties. Where anything on this website differs from that signed document, the signed document controls.
4. Scope of services
We provide the commercial services described on the services page. We do not provide, and nothing here should be read as offering: licensed trade work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing), hazardous material or biohazard remediation, regulated medical waste handling, pest control treatment, snow and ice clearance, high-rise or rope-access glass work, or residential cleaning of any kind.
Where a client's premises are subject to regulatory or compliance obligations, those obligations remain the client's. We clean to the written protocol a client specifies; we do not assume, discharge or certify compliance on anyone's behalf.
5. Accuracy of the content here
Descriptions on this site are general and typical. Actual scope, frequency, methods and pricing are set per property following a walk-through. Service area listings indicate where we normally work and are not a commitment to serve any specific address; availability depends on the site and the schedule.
6. Claims and verification
We deliberately publish no certifications, accreditations, client names, logos, performance statistics or testimonials on this website. Documentation your property or management company requires for its vendor file is supplied directly and in writing on request, so it can be verified properly rather than taken on trust from a web page.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, code and layout of this site belong to ClearPath Enterprises and are protected by copyright. You may view, print and share links to these pages. Copying substantial portions, or reusing the content for another facility services business, is not permitted without written consent.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use this site or its forms to transmit unlawful, abusive or misleading material, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to attempt unauthorised access, or to place automated load on the site or its host. Automated or commercial submissions to the quote form are deleted without response.
9. Availability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for accuracy and uptime but do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously current. Content may change without notice.
10. Third-party services
The quote form is delivered through FormSubmit and typefaces through Google Fonts. These are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices, described in our privacy policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPath Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here. Liability arising from services actually performed is governed by the signed service agreement for the property concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised; the effective date above shows when they last were. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
