Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ClearPath Enterprises does with information submitted through clearpathenterprises.biz. It is written for the people who actually use this site — facility managers, business owners and property managers requesting a quote.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. Through the quote request form, that is:

Your name and the company or property you're enquiring on behalf of
Your email address, and your phone number if you provide one
The services you ticked, the property type, and the frequency you selected
The city, approximate square footage and preferred start date, where given
Any notes you write in the free-text field

If you call or email instead, we hold whatever that call or message contains.

2. Automatically generated data

The web server hosting this site records standard request data — IP address, page requested, timestamp and browser user-agent — as almost all web servers do. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and diagnostics. We have not installed analytics, advertising pixels or social-media trackers on this website, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

3. How the information is used

To contact you and arrange a site walk-through
To prepare an accurate written scope and quote for your property
To provide services, and to administer the account, if you become a client
To keep records of quotes issued, as any business does

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters or promotional mail. If your enquiry doesn't turn into work, you won't hear from us again unless you get in touch.

4. Service providers

Two third parties are involved in this website functioning:

FormSubmit processes submissions from the quote form and forwards them to our inbox. Form contents pass through their service in transit.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on these pages, which means your browser requests those files from Google and discloses your IP address in doing so.

Beyond those and our email and hosting providers, no one else receives what you submit.

5. Retention

Quote requests that don't proceed	Deleted within 24 months of the last contact
Client records	Kept for the duration of the agreement and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting obligations require
Server logs	Held for a short period on the hosting provider's normal rotation, then overwritten

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to the inbox receiving enquiries is limited to the people who handle quoting and scheduling. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — please don't send anything highly sensitive through a web form.

7. Your choices

Write to service@clearpathenterprises.biz to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We'll action it at no charge, subject to any records we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons. Say what you want in plain words — no particular form is needed.

8. Business contact information

Most of what reaches us is business contact information given in a commercial context. We treat it with the same care regardless, and the deletion request above applies to it just the same.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Links to other websites

Where this site links elsewhere, the other operator's privacy practices govern once you leave. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, what they do.

11. Changes to this policy

Any update changes the effective date shown at the top. The version published here is always the one in force.
